Shelled sunflower seeds are rich in high quality polyunsaturated fatty acids, proteins, B vitamins (including B12), E and D vitamins, magnesium, cobalt, iron, zinc and manganese.
Store in a refrigerator after the package has been opened.
They can be used as such, roasted in salads, eaten alone or to enrich soups and yogurts. They can also be used for making baked desserts or other salty food (5-10%).
